Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются проблемы развития архивного дела и взаимодействия между музеями, архивами и библиотеками в рамках создания единой информационной базы. Цели исследования: выявить и показать на примере мирового и отечественного опыта актуальное состояние архива Красноярского
художественного музея имени В. И. Сурикова, представить историю его создания, дать описание архивных фондов и их тематического охвата, определить пути дальнейшего развития музейного архива. Поставленные цели предопределила необходимость использования и сочетания различных специально-историче-
ских методов, в числе которых историко-сравнительный, хронологический, диахронный, контент-анализа, анализа и синтеза, синхронный, исторического описания, и ряд теоретических методов. Основной вывод исследования: архив Красноярского художественного музея имени В. И. Сурикова содержит уникальный материал, представляющий научную и культурную ценность, и в настоящий момент испытывает общие с рядом зарубежных и многими отечественными музейными архивами проблемы, и требует соответствую-
щих путей решения.

Abstract
This paper studies development of archival activities and collaboration between museums, archives and
libraries in the effort of creation of unified database. Objectives: to identify the current state of archive of Krasnoyarsk Art Museum named after V. I. Surikov according to domestic and international practices; to describe its story, its foundation and its subject scope; to describe the possible ways of further archive development.
The goals were defined by a need of use and combination of various historical methods, e. g. comparative
method, chronological method, diachronic analysis, content analysis, analysis and synthesis, synchronic analysis,
historical description and a number of theoretical methods.
Results: archive of Krasnoyarsk Art Museum named after V. I. Surikov contains unique data which has both
scientific and cultural value, and, to that moment, has common problems with both foreign and domestic museum
archives and demands corresponding solutions.
