Аннотация

Современные реалии способствуют тесному межкультурному взаимодействию и предопределяют его
интенсивность, что, с одной стороны, является положительным фактором, позволяющим более эффективно решать глобальные проблемы, касающиеся всего человечества, но, с другой стороны, приводит
к растворению самобытности традиционных культур коренных народов. Сохранение и развитие традиций
декоративно-прикладного искусства (ДПИ) на сегодняшний день является одним из успешных механизмов
позитивного обозначения уникальности культуры в контексте мультикультурализма, а также способствует
формированию позитивной этнической идентичности, что является особенно важным для коренных малочисленных народов.
Представлен анализ российских и международных проектов, целью которых является развитие декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных народов. В ходе анализа проектов, был выявлен ряд направлений, в рамках которых реализуются проекты: сохранение существующих коллекций памятников ДПИ,
сохранение мастерства создания традиционных произведений ДПИ и обучение мастерству новых поколений, осмысление возможностей сочетания традиций и новаций в практике создания произведений ДПИ,
осмысление ценности традиционного ДПИ для современного человека, и, обобщающее перечисленные
направленности, – проведение мероприятий (фестивалей, ярмарок), в рамках которых раскрываются актуальные смыслы произведений декоративно-прикладного искусства.

Decorative arts of the indigenous peoples

Abstract

Modern realities contribute to close intercultural interaction and determine its intensity, which on the one
hand, is a positive factor, allowing more effectively solving global problems, concerning all mankind, but, on
the other hand, cause the dissolution of identity of traditional cultures of indigenous peoples. The preservation
and development of traditions of decorative-applied art (arts and crafts) today is one of the most successful
mechanisms of positive symbols of the uniqueness of culture in the context of multiculturalism and promotes the
formation of positive ethnic identity, which is particularly important for indigenous peoples.

Presents an analysis of Russian and international projects whose aim is the development of decorative
art of the indigenous peoples. The analysis of the projects revealed a number of areas in which projects are
implemented: the preservation of existing collections of monuments, arts and crafts, preservation of traditional
skills create works of arts and crafts and skills training of new generations, understanding of the possibilities of
combination of traditions and innovations in the practice of creating works of applied art, the understanding of the
value of traditional arts and crafts to modern man, and generalizing these orientation – events (festivals, fairs), in
which reveals the actual meanings of works of decorative art.

Рекомендации по развитию декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных малочисленных
народов Красноярского края

Аннотация

Статья посвящена анализу современного декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных народов
Красноярского края (селькупов, ессейских якутов, ненцев, нганасан, долган) с целью выявления перспективных форматов развития данной практики культуры. Эмпирические данные были получены с помощью методов включенного наблюдения и экспертного глубинного интервью в ходе полевых исследований в местах компактного проживания коренных народов на территории Красноярского края – в Носке,
Фарково, Дудинке, Хатанге, Ессее и др. В результате исследования были выделены основные тенденции
современного декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных народов края, связанные с одной стороны,
с частичным сохранением традиционных видов деятельности (пошив одежды, обуви, вышивка бисером),
появлением новых практик декоративно-прикладного искусства (выделка щучьих голов), с другой стороны, с утратой знаний, мастерства, традиции передачи умений по изготовлению изделий декоративно-прикладного искусства от поколения к поколению. Кроме того, на основе анализа современной ситуации
в области декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных народов Красноярского края был выделен ряд
перспективных форматов развития данной практики культуры, как уже используемых коренными малочисленными народами, так и тех, которые могли бы быть эффективно использованы в перспективе.

Recommendations for the development
of decorative-applied arts of indigenous
peoples of Krasnoyarsk Krai

Abstract

The article analyzes the modern decorative arts of indigenous peoples of Krasnoyarsk Krai (Selkup, Esasky
Yakut, Nenets, Nganasan, Dolgan) to identify promising formats for the development of the practice culture.
Empirical data were obtained using the methods of participant observation and expert interviews during field
researches in places of compact residence of indigenous peoples of the Krasnoyarsk region – to Nosok, Farkovo,

Dudinka, Khatanga, Essey etc. The study highlighted the main trends of modern decorative art of the indigenous
peoples of the region, related on the one hand, partial preservation of traditional activities (clothing, footwear,
embroidery), the emergence of new practices of decorative art (the manufacture of pike heads), on the other
hand, the loss of knowledge, craftsmanship, tradition, transfer skills to manufacturing products of decorativeapplied art from generation to generation. In addition, based on the analysis of the current situation in the field
of decorative-applied arts of indigenous peoples of Krasnoyarsk Krai were a number of promising formats for
the development of the practice culture, as already used by the indigenous peoples, and those which could be
effectively used in the future.

Аннотация

В статье представлена научная модель традиционного бытования ДПИ коренных народов Красноярского края, которая обозначена как «экологическая модель», так как предполагает бережное и экономное
использование всех добытых человеком природных ресурсов. Разработана научная модель современного
состояния ДПИ коренных малочисленных народов севера Красноярского края, которая обозначена как
«модель символического потребления», проанализированы основные типы сувенирной продукции коренных малочисленных народов севера Красноярского края – вышивка бисером, косторезное искусство,
пошив праздничной одежды, таксидермия, шаманские атрибуты, куклы-обереги и др. Предложена научная модель способов эффективного развития ДПИ коренных малочисленных народов севера Красноярского края, которая предполагает совершенствование системы «символического потребления» сначала
на уровне сувенирных производств, далее на уровне создания этнокультурных деревень и этно-паков, и,
наконец, на уровне создания произведений современного искусства, понятных и интересный на международном уровне.

Model of development of decorative and applied
arts of indigenous peoples of Krasnoyarsk Krai

Abstract

The article presents a scientific model of existence traditional arts and crafts of indigenous peoples of the
Krasnoyarsk region, which is designated as the "ecological model", as it implies the careful and economical use of
all extracted natural resources. Developed a scientific model of the current state of arts and crafts of indigenous
peoples of the North of the Krasnoyarsk region, which is designated as a "model of symbolic consumption",
analyzes the main types of Souvenirs indigenous peoples of the North of the Krasnoyarsk territory – beadwork,
carving art, sewing clothes, taxidermy, shamanic attributes,-dolls, etc. The proposed research model of effective
development of the arts and crafts of indigenous peoples of the North of the Krasnoyarsk region, which involves the improvement of the system of "conspicuous consumption" first at the level of souvenir production, next-level
creation of ethno-cultural and ethno villages-packs, and, finally, at the level of the creation of works of contemporary
art understandable and interesting at the international level.

Аннотация

Рассмотрена действующая нормативная правовая база муниципального, регионального, федерального и международного уровней по поддержке и развитию декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных
малочисленных народов Севера, Сибири и Дальнего Востока на территории Российской Федерации.
Сфорулированы общие выводы и вероятные тенденции развития нормативной правовой базы по поддержке и развитию декоративно-прикладного искусства коренных малочисленных народов в современных социально-экономических условиях.

Abstract

Studying the current legal and regulatory framework of municipal, regional, Federal and international levels on
support and development of decorative and applied arts of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far
East on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Shared conclusions and the likely trends in the development of a regulatory framework for the support and
development of decorative art of the indigenous peoples in the modern socio-economic conditions.
