Конвенциональная значимость региональной идентичности в межкультурных и внутриполитических отношениях (на примере Красноярского края)

            Аннотация. В эпоху радикальных общественных трансформаций особое значение приобретает феномен социальной идентичности - ключевой категории социального бытия, сущностного фактора самоопределения и самореализации (равно как персональной, так и групповой), оказывающей заметное влияние на социально-культурные и экономические процессы. Социальная идентичность в числе иных форм идентичности служит реализации интенций соответствия определенному сообществу в сознательно выбранном общественно-политическом контексте.

            Региональная идентичность, как одна из форм социальной идентичности, базируется на формо- и смыслообразующих принципах, определяющих антропотворческий и культуротворческий репертуар этнокультурных объединений, служащих установлению и поддержанию гражданского мира, этнической толерантности, противодействию экстремизму, практической включённости в общественно значимые события региона, межэтническому гуманитарному содружеству.

            В процессах межэтнических и межкультурных взаимодействий, протекающих на территории Красноярского края, региональная идентичность способствует позитивному сотрудничеству с институтами гражданского общества и органами власти, выполняет функцию социального регулятора, содействуя созданию условий для адаптации и интеграции мигрантов в принимающем обществе, упреждению и прекращению конфликтов на этнической почве и т. д. Институциональный диалог, установившийся между социальными субъектами можно квалифицировать как долгосрочную конвенцию в форме общественного договора, имеющего юридическое подкрепление (законодательную базу), и реализуемого в том числе этнокультурными объединениями (этноконсалтинг для специалистов и этническое просветительство для широких масс, обучение мигрантов русскому языку, помощь в трудоустройстве, организация совместных мероприятий в сферах художественной культуры и спорта).

Conventional Significance of Regional Identity in Intercultural and Internal Political Relations

(on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory)

            Abstract. In the era of radical social transformations, the phenomenon of social identity - a key category of social being, an essential factor of self-determination and self-realization (as well as personal and group), which have a significant impact on socio-cultural and economic processes, acquires special significance. Social identity, among other forms of identity, serves to realize the intentions of conformity with a particular community in a consciously chosen socio-political context.

            Regional identity, as one of the forms of social identity, is based on formative and semantic principles that define the anthropogenic and cultural repertoire of ethnocultural associations that serve to establish and maintain civil peace, ethnic tolerance, counteract extremism, and practical involvement in socially significant events of the region, interethnic humanitarian community.

            In the processes of interethnic and intercultural interactions taking place on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, regional identity promotes positive cooperation with civil society institutions and authorities, acts as a social regulator, helping to create conditions for the adaptation and integration of migrants in the host society, and to prevent and end ethnic conflicts . The institutional dialogue established between social actors can be qualified as a long-term convention in the form of a social contract that has legal support (legislative base) and is implemented, among other things, by ethnocultural associations (ethnoconsulting for specialists and ethnic enlightenment for the masses, teaching Russian to migrants, assistance in employment, organization of joint events in the fields of art culture and sports).

            The activity of ethnocultural associations with a significant ideological and technological resource certainly contributes to the formation of regional identity and regional culture. Contrary to the established belief that their functionality is limited by the framework of the diasporas that they represent, ethnocultural organizations perform complex communication and coordination tasks, performing a unifying, peacekeeping mission in society.
