Параметры динамики инкультурации в мультикультурном пространстве Сибири

Аннотация

Целью статьи является исследование факторов, влияющих на динамику инкультурации. В статье показано, что динамика процесса инкультурации в Сибири неразрывно связана с особенностями сибирского хронотопа, со спецификой пространства культуры Сибирского мегарегиона. Автор полагает, что процесс инкультурации в пространстве Сибири необходимо рассматривать во всей его сложности, различать инкультурацию коренных народов Сибири, мигрантов и народов, в силу сложившихся обстоятельств переселившихся из европейской и азиатской части России. Этим определяется и разноуровневый характер методологии. Исследование проведено в рамках культурцентристской парадигмы, основной метод – культуроцентризм. Кроме этого, широко использованы субстратный, структурно-функциональный подход, сочетание исторического и логического. Исходя из принципа континуальности, автором предлагается конкретизация понятия «пространство культуры», определяются векторы исследования инкультурации в сложной иерархии пространства культуры. Выделяются дискуссионные аспекты изучения инкультурации в многонациональном пространстве Сибири. Обращается внимание на то, что мультикультурная модель, предлагаемая в нормативных документах культурной политики, в Сибири модифицируется в силу особенностей географии Сибири, состава населения, разноплановости ментальных структур населяющих Сибирь народов, отсутствия сибирской языковой семьи. Автор полагает, что постоянно возникающее противоречие между становлением человека как носителя культуры и её созидателя изучено недостаточно. Специфика инкультурации появляется на цивилизационном, национальном, этническом уровнях. В межуровневом взаимодействии рождается особая метакультура. Активные миграционные процессы предопределили особое внимание к формированию в процессе инкультурации такой черты как толерантность. Интенсивный диалог культур в сочетании с элементами своеобразной изоляции культур этносов порождает модификацию в механизмах инкультурации. Автор полагает, что в современной литературе явно недостаточно уделяется внимание векторам инкультурации. Для Сибирского мегарегиона сочетание векторов является значимым для определения параметров инкультурации.

The parameters of the dynamics of inculturation in a multicultural space of Siberia

Annotation

The aim of the article is to study the factors influencing the dynamics of inculturation. The article shows that the dynamics of the inculturation process in Siberia is inextricably linked with the peculiarities of the Siberian chronotope, with the specifics of the cultural space of the Siberian megaregion. The author believes that the process of inculturation in Siberia should be considered in all its complexity, to distinguish between the inculturation of indigenous peoples of Siberia, migrants and peoples who, due to the circumstances, migrated from the European and Asian parts of Russia. This determines the multilevel nature of the methodology. The study was conducted within the framework of the cultural-centrist paradigm, the main method is cultural-centrism. In addition, the substrate, structural and functional approach, the combination of historical and logical are widely used. Proceeding from the principle of continuality, the author proposes to concretize the concept of "cultural space", defines the vectors of the study of inculturation in the complex hierarchy of cultural space. The article highlights the controversial aspects of the study of inculturation in the multinational space of Siberia. Attention is drawn to the fact that the multicultural model proposed in the normative documents of cultural policy in Siberia is modified due to the peculiarities of the geography of Siberia, the composition of the population, the diversity of mental structures of the peoples living in Siberia, the absence of a Siberian language family. The author believes that the constantly emerging contradiction between the formation of man as a carrier of culture and its Creator is not studied enough. The specificity of inculturation appears at the civilizational, national, ethnic levels. In inter-level interaction, a special metaculture is born. Active migration processes have predetermined special attention to the formation in the process of inculturation of such traits as tolerance. An intensive dialogue of cultures, combined with elements of a kind of isolation of cultures of ethnic groups gives rise to a modification in the mechanisms of inculturation. The author believes that modern literature does not pay enough attention to the vectors of inculturation. For the Siberian megaregion, the combination of vectors is significant for determining the parameters of inculturation.
