Аннотация
Территории опережающего социально-экономического развития созданы с целью привлечения инвесторов, а формирование современной нормативно-правовой базы должно способствовать повышению эффективности бизнеса и пополнению доходной части бюджетов субъектов Федерации. В данной статье раскрывается сущность и задачи территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития, а так
же дан анализ эффективности существования данных территорий и их значимость.

Abstract
Territories of the advancing social and economic development are created for the purpose of attracting
investors, and forming of a modern regulatory framework should promote increase in efficiency of business and
replenishment of revenues of budgets of territorial subjects of the federation. In this article the entity and problems
of territories of the advancing social and economic development reveals, and the analysis of efficiency of existence
of these territories and their importance is also given.
