Аннотация
Представлена публикация пяти сохранившихся писем енисейского купеческого сына Александра
Виссарионовича Скорнякова, в конце 1880-х гг. направленного на службу учителем в Туруханск. В письмах характеризуются туруханское образованное общество, повседневная жизнь населения маленького
северного городка. Особое внимание уделено описанию местного церковно-приходского училища и тех
проблем, которые приходилось решать молодому преподавателю. В письмах А. В. Скорнякова фигурируют и такие темы, как освоение Северного морского пути, растраты казенного хлеба, злоупотребления чиновников, бедственное положение туруханских мещан. Вкрапленные в текст красочные зарисовки, меткие
эпитеты дают возможность глубже понять и прочувствовать окружавшие автора реалии.

Abstract
The article introduces the extant letters of the Yeniseisk merchant son Alexander V. Skornyakov, who was
a teacher in Turukhansk at the end of 1880s. The young man described local educated society, living conditions
and daily life of the inhabitants of a small Northern town. Special attention was drawn to the description of the local
parish school and to the problems which the young teacher had to solve. A. Skornyakov also mentioned such
topics as the development of the Northern sea route, embezzlement of state bread, abuse of officials, the plight
of the Turukhansk commoners. Colorful details and apt epithets interspersed into the text give an opportunity to
understand better the realities which surrounded the author. Five letters are published.

Аннотация
Впервые вводимая в научный оборот подборка дневников инструкторов исполнительного комитета
губернского совета крестьянских депутатов существенно расширяет источниковую базу для изучения крестьянских настроений и политической ситуации в сибирской провинции осенью 1917 года.
Инструкторы были направлены исполнительным комитетом для подготовки крестьянства к выборам
в Учредительное собрание: они собирали сельские сходы на которых объясняли слушателям технологию
выборов в Учредительное собрание, его значение, сравнивали программы политических партий, призывали голосовать за партию эсеров и создавать советы крестьянских депутатов, как общественно-политические организации. В своих дневниках инструкторы фиксировали настроения крестьян, обсуждаемые на
сходах вопросы, принимаемые решения и резолюции. Публикуемые документы свидетельствуют, о большой противоречивости и неоднородности крестьянских установок, низком уровне политической грамотности крестьянства, эфемерности любого партийного влияния, недоверии сельских жителей, как к городской, так и к сельской интеллигенции. Кроме этого, дневники содержат в себе отголоски мировоззрения
партийных работников, их чувства, эмоции и переживания.

Abstract
Introduced to the scientific community for the first time, a selection of diaries kept by instructors of the
Executive Committee of Governorate Peasantry’s Deputies Council significantly increases the number of available
sources for studying peasantry’s mood and political situation in Siberian Province in the autumn of 1917.
The instructors were sent by the Executive Committee to prepare peasantry for election of the Constituent
Assembly. They called village gatherings where they were explaining the Constituent Assembly election technology
and its importance to attendees, as well as compared political parties, agitated to vote for the SR’s Party and create
councils of peasantry’s deputies together with socio-political organizations. In their dairies, the instructors recorded
peasants’ mood, issues discussed at gatherings, made decisions and resolutions. The documents published herein
are the evidence of high discrepancy and inconsistency of peasants’ ideas, their low level of political awareness,
ephemerality of any party’s influence, villagers’ distrust both to city and countryside intellectuals. Moreover, the
diaries echo world view of parties’ employees, their feelings, emotions, and worries.

Abstract
In this paper, varying original information on location, population numbers and nesting ecology of six rare
birds species inhabiting the Vivi lake and the similarly named river, located in the southern part of the Putorana
Plateau, is provided.

Аннотация
Декоративно-прикладное искусство традиционно для народов Эвенкии. Доступные природные материалы (дерево, кость, олений мех и замша) определили широкое распространение таких видов, как искусство меховой мозаики, резьбы по кости. Не объяснить доступностью лишь распространенность в культуре
эвенков вышивки бисером, ставшей основой изготовления национальных украшений и декорации праздничного костюма.
Статья опирается на метод философско-искусствоведческого анализа, примененного к исследованию произведений традиционного декоративно-прикладного искусства.
Исследование позволяет сделать вывод о репрезентативности произведений традиционного искусства по отношению к исконной картине мира эвенков, явленной также в мифологической системе шаманизма. В течение ХХ века понимание искусства эвенков постепенно свелось к фиксации особенностей
северного быта. А предметы искусства позволяют понять образ жизни северного народа не только как
область особенного хозяйства, но и как область особой связи человека и мира.

Abstract
The decorative and applied arts are traditional for the peoples of Evenkia. The available natural materials
(wood, bone, deer fur and suede) predicated the widespread nature of such arts as fur mosaic and bone carving.
These material’s availability explains all but the prevalence of beadwork in Evenk culture, which has become the
basis for the manufacture of national jewelry and decoration for festive costumes.
The article relies on philosophical and fine art review analysis applied to study works of traditional arts and crafts.
The research gives rise to the conclusion that the works of traditional art are representative of the Evenks’
ancestral world view, also revealed in the mythological system of shamanism. During the 20th century, the
understanding of the Evenks’ art gradually had been focused on placing the realities of Northern life. The pieces of
art make it possible to understand the Northern people’s way of life not limited to the aspect of a special economy,
but also the aspect of man’s special relationship with the world.

Participation «The Civil War in the East of Russia: A View Through Documentary Heritage», which has become in
Omsk the most ambitious and key scientific event of its kind.

Аннотация
В рецензии на монографию Д. В. Скажутина «Становление сестринского дела в Забайкалье: 1900-
1905 гг.» рассматривается малоизученная тема становления и развития Общества Красного Креста на
территории Сибири. Автор монографии, по мнению рецензента, внес значительный вклад в историографию Забайкальской области, особенно в вопросе становления общественных институтов и развитии общественной инициативы. Исследование ценно своей документальностью, автор вводит в научный оборот многие неизвестные факты, опираясь на богатый архивный материал (документы, описи, дневники, фотографии и т. д.), освещает малоизученные страницы истории в период с 1900 по 1905 гг., когда военные
события на соседней с Забайкальем территории Северо-Восточного Китая изменили жизнь региона.

Abstract
The referee report of monography by D. V. Skazhutin «Development of nursing care in Transbaikalia: 1900-
1905» considers the insufficiently studied topic of the Red Cross Society establishment and development on
the territory of Siberia. According to the referee, the author of the monography has contributed greatly to the
historiography of the Transbaikal region, specifically in the issue of establishing public institutions and developing
public initiative. The research is valued through its documentation status, the author introduces many unknown
facts into the scientific discourse with the ground on the rich archive materials (documents, inventories, diaries,
photographs, etc.), discloses insufficiently studied history pages through 1900 to 1905 when the military events on
the territory of north-eastern China changed the life of the adjacent Transbaikal region.
