Формы и механизмы трансляции культурных ценностей в социокультурном пространстве современной библиотеки
Аннотация
Статья посвящена изучению проблемы влияния ценностей и ценностных ориентаций на формирование
культуры и гражданского мировоззрения современного человека, выявлению функциональной роли культурных ценностей в социокультурных практиках библиотечной деятельности. Представлен обзор теоретических подходов к определению ценностей и ценностных ориентаций в контексте аксиосферы культуры.
Утверждается, что ценностное осмысление мира и обусловливаемая им ценностная ориентация деятельности людей в проблемном поле культуры становится фактором консолидации на основе диалога,
толерантности и согласия между поколениями и социальными группами населения. Выявлено, что культурные ценности многофункциональны и предполагают использование их в образовательной и социокультурной деятельности. Раскрыты механизмы трансляции культурных ценностей в библиотечных учреждениях
на примере деятельности региональной библиотеки. Освещаются практики коммуникативного взаимодействия различных социальных групп через информационные сервисы, услуги и систему библиотечного
общения. Отражен опыт библиотеки по управлению социально-культурными проектами. Автор приходит
к выводу, что в теоретических и практических аспектах прослеживается онтологическое единство культурных ценностей и социокультурных практик, происходит глубокая взаимосвязь ценностных ориентаций,
информационных потребностей пользователей библиотеки и информационно-библиотечной деятельности по хранению, изучению и трансляции ценностей культуры.

Space of a Modern Library
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the influence of values and value orientations on the formation of the culture and civil worldview of a modern person, the identification of the functional role of cultural
values in the sociocultural practices of library activities. A review of theoretical approaches to the determination of values and value orientations in the context of the axiosphere of culture is presented.
It is argued that the value understanding of the world and the value orientation of people's activities in the problem field of culture that it determines becomes a factor of consolidation on the basis of dialogue, tolerance and harmony between generations and social groups of the population. It was revealed that cultural values are
multifunctional and suggest their use in educational and sociocultural activities. The mechanisms of the translation of cultural property in library institutions on the example of the activities of a regional library are disclosed. The
practices of communicative interaction of various social groups through information services, services and the library communication system are highlighted. The experience of the library on managing social and cultural projects is reflected. The author comes to the conclusion that in theoretical and practical aspects the ontological
unity of cultural values and sociocultural practices is traced, there is a deep interconnection of value orientations, information needs of library users and information and library activities for the storage, study and translation of cultural values.
